Customer Support Representative Work remotely: Yes Work Schedule: M-F, 40-45 hours a week (CST); half-day on Saturday if needed Rate: $4 - $5 per hour Status: Long-term

  • With at least 1 year of experience in similar role; in an e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Organized, keen to details, with sense of urgency and excellent communication skill
  • Knowledgeable in ActiveCampaign, NectarDesk, GoogleDocs, GoogleSheets, BaseCamp and Monday.com is a plus
  • Must have a strong internet connection and good laptop specs that will best suit for the tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Answer email tickets, live chat and Facebook group responses from the students
  • Attend and assist coaching staff on live zoom calls and monitoring of chat panels for CSR/ technical questions
  • Update the call reporting tracker and provide daily feedback of tasks
  • Attend weekly team meetings and directly work with the Customer Care Manager
