LOOKING FOR: 10 VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS / CONTENT WRITERS
We are expanding! ExtraOrdinaryMedia is in need of real estate virtual assistants and project managers with excellent communication skills. This is a full-time role, with a 2- to 3-month transition period from writing to VA / project management duties.
To ensure we’re hiring people with strong communication skills, new recruits are tasked to cover writing-related duties on their first 4-8 weeks (including training/onboarding).
Employees who are able to successfully transition from writing to a VA / TC role are paid 40,000-50,000 monthly base (excluding bonuses). Our full-time VA / TC members earn around 70,000 PHP / month including bonuses.
Compensation: 25,000 - 30,000 PHP / Monthly Base + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses (based on # of leads generated by your articles) Salary goes up to the 35,000 - 50,000 PHP range after they’re promoted to VA / TC position. Work Targets: 2-3 articles per week Work Setup: Home-based / M-F /CST hours
NOTES:
Writers are only assigned 2-3 articles per week. All work is done within our system. We've developed a user-friendly work-flow that writers can easily follow as they complete their tasks.
Upon graduation from writing, VA’s will be given full onboarding / training to prepare them for their new role. Full VA salaries are paid during this time.
