Looking for a freelance virtual assistant who resides in Manila to occasionally go to government offices
I am looking for a freelance virtual assistant who can work on flexitime, WFH, and assist with me and my business partner’s admin requirements.
Someone who resides in Manila and who can go to government offices occasionally. We are a start-up company working on an eLearning project with a local client. The work is estimated to require 5-10 hrs of your time per week starting May. We are looking for someone who has flexible time to accommodate our needs.
Someone who can do:
- Appointment setting
- Back office support
- Gen Administration
- Record Keeping/ Bookkeeping & reporting
- Online research
- Lead generation
- Team coordination
Someone who has/is:
- Good communication skills (Written & oral)
- Highly organized and high attention to details
- Business acumen & analytical
- Trustworthy and with unquestionable integrity
- Easy to work with
- Pro-active & result oriented
- Problem solver
- Adept to Google Suite tools
