We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with the following background: • 1-4+ year of experience in creating and developing dashboards • 1-4+ years working with e-commerce, marketing and customer data and/or analytics. • Bachelor's degree in quantitative or computer science field or equivalent experience. • Experience in extracting and manipulating large data sets using SQL or similar. • Has an advanced, high level of experience with Excel and Google Sheets • Experience working in an eCommerce company Responsibilities: • Develop and streamline necessary dashboards and one-off analyses, providing ability to surface business-critical KPIs, • Convert data into insights including implications and recommendations that are specific and actionable for the Operations team and across the business. • Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics used to evaluate marketing performance. • Use customer centric data analysis, data visualization and segmentation to optimize across channels and within campaigns. • Communicate insights using data visualization and presentations to stakeholders. • An experienced analyst who loves digging into data, structuring problems, and building models and analyses that you can translate into actionable business recommendations. • 2+ experience in eCommerce/employment marketing and the passion to drive customer growth using data-driven insights. • Excellent communication skills in both written and in-person collaborations. • Strong bias for action. Ability to work cross-functionally and to manage multiple competing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment. • Familiarity with the following:

• Google Data Studio
• Google Analytics
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets user (8.5 to 9 out of 10)
• Amazon Seller Central / Amazon FBA/FBM
• Limelight/Sticky.io
• Process Documentation
• SQL

Salary range: Begins at $700-$800 full time rate, flexible rate for those who have strong background in Dashboard creation, Google Analytics and other Business Intelligence tools.
