Looking for an experienced Full-Time Customer Service VA:

Able to work with/ during:

• Mon-Sat US Timezone
• minimal to no supervision needed (must have at least 2 yrs experience in CSR, Shopify and Amazon familiarity is a plus)
• Salary: $600/monthly

You need to be able to:

• have 3-5 years work experience as customer support
• pay great attention to detail
• work as part of a team or on your own
• reliable when it comes to time-management

The job will involve these tasks:

• Responding and solving customer issues by email.
• Communicating with the boss to resolve customer issues (if the issue is beyond your means)
• Interacting and responding to social media messages and comments.

Requirements:

• Very Good English skills
• Prefer those who can type fast on the keyboard and multi task quickly.
• Fast and reliable Internet connection, a modern fast computer.
• Available to work full time in US Timezone
