LOOKING FOR: Customer Service Officer to work Perth, WA hours Customer Service Officer to work South Australia hours.

You will form part of a highly skilled team of experts tasked to deliver exceptional customer service. To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate competencies in the following: Collaborate as a team and ensure the highest level of service is delivered

• Answer phone calls- (applicant must have phone access, good internet, Headset laptop)
• Customer Service & Sales, able to convert incoming enquiries into sales
• Inbound & Outbound Call Center Services, & Sales, Email & Live Chat Support
• Give customers information about products and services,
• Take booking, process booking, and process returns.
• Fast learner in student management systems
• By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their bookings,
• Data entry
• Help customers with complaints and questions
• Be computer literate, able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and high level of productivity
• Willing to accept new ideas, programs, growth and change.
• Able to provide constructive feedback and work collaboratively to achieve a common goal.
• Be prepared to work independently or a part of a team.
• A driven winner who thrives on results and takes pride in converting.
