Looking for Customer Service Reps for E-commerce accounts!!

A young and innovative BPO company is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives. The job will be performed from home with an hourly rate of $4 + Performance bonuses. The ideal candidate will display the following:

1. Ability to learn quickly through self-study and demonstration of flexibility and agility.
2. A proven experience in a BPO Center for at least 2 years.
3. Proven knowledge and experience using helpscout- advantage!
4. Good and proven orientation with e-commerce and specifically with Shopify- must!
5. Knowledge of HTML- must!
6. Flexibility to work night shifts, overtime and swing shifts.
7. Ability to manage your workload to maximum efficiency.
8. Excellent English: verbal, writing and reading.
9. Motivated and reliable.
10. Professional work environment: you will need to prove that you have your own home office to work from that is equipped with all necessary equipment to provide professional service.
