Looking for Experienced Appointment Setter/Real Estate Cold Caller (Part Time)

I am is looking for an "Experienced Appointment Setter/Real Estate Cold Caller (Part Time). I am looking for superstars who will be responsible for lead generation & qualification to drive the business. This includes outbound prospecting to support expansion efforts. People with right attitude, excellent communication skills and can talk to anyone.

Qualifications:

• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
• Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.
• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
• Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
• Active listening skills
• Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly
• Ability to manage multiple leads, prospects and opportunities concurrently
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with CRM platform (i.e. Salesforce, Mojo) *Experience with Cancelled, Expired and Withdrawn Listings and Circle Prospecting.

Job Type: Part-time Salary: $4 /hour (2 weeks probation) Specific Timing: 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm (PST) 3 hours a day for 4 days a week.

Experience:
