Looking for experienced call center agents with 3+ years experience in Customer Service or Marketing

Hi, my client is looking for experienced call center agents with 3 years or more experience in Customer Service and/or Sales/Marketing. Rate: $3-$4 per hour with semi-annual performance reviews

Requirements:

• Great in Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Working Knowledge of Windows Based Op system including Google Chrome
• Adaptive in a fast changing environment
• Fast learner to be able to display product knowledge
• Has a working computer (laptop/pc)
• Reliable internet access

Pre-screening process: If you feel you are qualified, please send me a voice recording (you can use any voice recording tool) with your name, something interesting about yourself and your call center work experiences. Once you pass the pre-screening, I will then have you send you CV directly to recruitment. This is a grave yard shift- between 8am to 6pm EST.
