Virtual Assistant

Hello, everyone - My tita is looking for Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support a Health and Wellness Clinic in Toronto, Canada. Preferably someone who is familiar with medical terminologies or very willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Booking appointments
Rescheduling/ Confirming bookings
Marketing services via Calls (Upselling other services)
Connecting clients with doctors/ therapists
Interviewing/ Shortlisting qualified staff (massage therapist, physiotherapist, etc)
Answer emails, calls and text inquiries
Clients are mostly Filipinos working in Canada, so must be good in both Filipino and English language
On call admin – Full time
Call Shift: 10am to 7pm Canada time EST (10pm – 7am Philippine time)
