Work Remotely? Yes Job Role: Executive VA Company: Metabolix Health Institute Work Hours and Schedule: 20 hours a week (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM MST) Work Duration: Part-time Rate or Salary range: $545 USD/month

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To lead and handle administrative tasks for the practice and personally, for Dr. Clare Client management: set up a folder before seeing a client, and do post-meeting admin paperwork, co-manage retention (do reporting, and communicate with clients Dr. Clare hasn’t seen in a while), invoicing and collection Email management: filter emails — if it’s clinical forward it to Dr. Clare, if it’s logistics, liaise with necessary suppliers/ delivery teams Product orders and logistics assistance, liaise with Amazon and other supplements suppliers Weekly meeting for goal alignment and review Platform usage: Xero (accounting and reporting), Google drive (folder management), PracticeBetter (training will be provided)

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have at least 2 years of experience as an executive VA EFSET English proficiency grade of C1/C2 Preferably with inclination in the health and wellness arenas
