BUSINESS ANALYST Job Description:

• Use front end reporting tools that we created to create datasets, reports, dashboards
• Meet with clients to understand, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation for the development of design, process, testing, release, and onboarding
• Coordinate with internal teams on the developments, changes, and prepare systems needed to ensure quality, reliable implementation, and timeliness
• Evaluate if business requirements have been fulfilled
• Monitor post-implementation results, and deliver internal and external reports for consultation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Financial / Investments, Legal Management degree holder, or other relevant post-secondary education preferred.
• 2-3 years of BA or consultant experience
• Knowledgeable in PostgreSQL/SQL syntax and databases
• Capable of defining and analyzing functional requirements
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience working at a startup with a significant growth
• Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders concurrently
