Urgent hiring for MALE RECRUITERS Full-time homebased job.

WOODJOBS/National Search Group is a Recruitment firm that's based in Florida and we cater the Manufacturing industry in the US. We have a big clientele that markets and presents US candidates to the wood, cabinetry and sales industry.

**Training is provided for 3 to 5 days (Paid Training) **

Qualifications:

• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• Must have at least 2 years of extensive recruitment experience
• Customer service experience
• Quick to learn when it comes to CRM database and ATS systems
• Home-based recruitment experience is preferred but not required
• Pro active in any given tasks
• No other client or company (we conduct an extensive background check)

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling or warm calls coming from our database (no need to source or generate leads)
• Interview candidates and put in detailed notes
• Endorse candidates to the hiring manager

Shift:

• EST Timezone
• Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm
• Friday (Halfday) , 9am to 1pm

Compensation:

• $6 per hour
• Exactly 23k pesos every cut off or an equivalent of 46k pesos a month since Fridays are halfday
• Bi-weekly payout 1st and the 16th of the month
• Commission is given depending on the position placed

Qualified candidates will be interviewed by me (recorded) and if candidate is qualified I'll endorse you directly to the CEO for an interview. NB: We do not entertain candidates that doesn't have recruitment experience.
