Hi everyone, just need an advice on Paypal. I gave my client my old account which is associated with an old number. Nawala sa isip ko na iba na pala ang ginagamit kong Paypal (lutang mode, sorna guyshhh) and the change password feature redirects me to retrieving a code from the old number kahit na mag-change pw ako using the email address. (Email address is valid and still in use). I tried to contact Paypal support using their FB messenger account pero wala pa rin po re.ply.
- Meron bang other way to contact paypal to fix this issue?
- If an account is credited with a payment, pwede pa ba marefund yun ni client?

Had the same problem 2 days ago and this is what they advised me to do. Fortunately, was able to retrieve it by following the first instruction☺️ hope this helps you.
