Hi all! Our company is looking for a Social Media VA specializing in Community Management/Engagement.
You will be an important part of the team. We look after our members and ensure you feel heard, integrated, and valid.
Please note we are not just looking for an average social media virtual assistant, but someone who goes the extra mile every time.
Responsibilities including, but are not limited to:
- Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Build a connection with the audience on Facebook Groups
- Build an audience on Instagram
- Build an audience on LinkedIn
- Create and implement social media engagement and interaction strategy.
- Develop strategies to grow our social media platforms both in customer engagement (comments, dialogue, sharing) and a numeric value (number of followers, friends).
- Actively responding to messages and comments
- Optimize company social media pages and profiles
- Constantly tracking and reporting on social analytics and metrics, making suggestions for improvement based on your findings in these reports
- Researching and staying up to speed on new social media marketing strategies
- Coming to weekly meetings to present what worked well the previous week and discuss the strategy for the posts coming that week
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience in updating, handling, and maintaining social media accounts most especially Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Know the in’s and out’s for managing social platforms.
- Extensive experience in managing, creating, and posting social media content.
- Familiar with developing a social media strategy.
- Exceptional knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Experience with Facebook Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and other commonly used tools
- Design experience through Canva (or other graphic design tools) with a very keen eye for details
- Basic Copywriting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Preferably with experience working in Real Estate or Hospitality
- Knowledge of Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Video Editing skills ( not required but a plus )
