Our US based company is looking for an SMS/Lead Specialist with a starting rate of 4USD/hr

Hi, our US based company is looking for an SMS/Lead Specialist who can work at least 6 hours per day (2AM-8AM PH Time) with a starting rate of 4USD/hr.

Qualifications:

• Has good internet connection
• Has background in Administrative work
• Expert in using Excel and Google Sheets
• Adaptive to change as we are constantly changing our processes
• Well-organized and can work with less supervision
• Trainable, willingness to learn and can easily catch up with the tools and software used in the organization
• Has good computer skills, customer service skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experienced in using REIreply, Systemhub and REIsift is a plus

Job Description:

• Manage daily SMS on multiple accounts
• Replying to SMS and is able to identify any lead
• Transferring and removing leads to the system
• To send leads to our CRM
• To update our KPI google sheets with metrics results or performance for company or individuals and other marketing strategies (done monthly)
• To assist in any other admin tasks such as to create and setup campaigns (monthly) and updating our SOPs via video or word document
