Our US based team is looking for a dedicated outbound cold-calling agent

Main responsibility is to gather property information from the homeowner. Determining whether or not they have a realistic interest and urgency to sell.

The ideal candidate:

• must speak above average English
• has outstanding communication and time management skills
• self-starter & motivation to win the lead. Does not need to be monitored and can figure things out on his/her own.
• trustworthy & reliable
• must be able to work in a quiet environment with your own personal computer
• has a working headset
• works 20 or 40 hrs/week
• has some calling experience for US-based company preferred (virtual assistant, call center operator, etc.)
• able to work between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours
• has reliable and fast internet connection for internet call and dialer

Monthly Salary: starts at 12000 PHP per month (40 hours full time position), salary depends on experience Knowledge in US real estate market would be an edge.
