Work Hours: Part-Time: 20 Hours/Week – Monday through Friday following EST Timezone (Or depending on operational and business needs)

Job Details:

• Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube at a minimum with experience and/or desire to learn other platforms as the need arises
• Keeping up with the technical changes (including algorithm changes) and other new feature changes (stories, live video, etc.)
• Assistance in Facebook Ads and Ads Manager
• Community Management (Private Facebook/LinkedIn group management)
• Social media automation platforms such as Hootsuite and Facebook publisher
• Email marketing such as MailChimp and Constant Contact
• Systems integrations (website forms to email automation to CRM, etc.)
• Basic WordPress website editing (beyond publishing blogs)
• Basic video knowledge; editing experience is a plus
• Training videos/materials creation
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that the client is delighted with our services through timely and effective communication, delivery on deadlines, and stellar Marketing support
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients while performing within established processes and protocols Qualifications:
• Proven working experience in Digital Marketing focusing on Social Media Management and

Email Marketing/Campaign

• Well experienced on a different platform and CRM such as Hootsuite, Canva, Asana, Slack, WordPress, Photoshop, GSuite, Google Docs
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
• Highly Organized
• Energetic and Passionate Individual
• Highly Organized Individual and Displays a strong work ethic
• Amenable to work for 20 Hours per Week between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM following EST Timezone
