Peach BPO LLC IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER/PAYROLL OFFICER!!
Salary: P30,000-P40,000 per month (depending on experience) Hours per week: 40 Company: Peach BPO LLC Remote: Yes Shift: Starts at 8am - 4PM Eastern Standard Time (Will have flexible hours)
Your Role: ‣ Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance. ‣ Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries. ‣ Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. ‣ Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. ‣ Process Payroll and Maintain Records of related employee information, as well as remit applicable taxes. ‣ Recording transactions such as income and purchases, and posting them to various accounts ‣ Processing payments to vendors ‣ Prepares annual W2 forms for all employees ‣ Track and maintain inventory records ‣ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable ‣ Calculate and prepare business related tax payments
About You: ‣ 3-5 years of bookkeeping and payroll processing experience ‣ Knowledge of IFRS, U.S GAAP or another accounting framework ‣ Familiarity with US payroll processes, including the calculation and remittance of taxes ‣ Experience with Quickbooks or other cloud based accounting software ‣ Working knowledge of relevant computer applications ‣ Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accountancy and/or other related courses ‣ Experienced in using POS Systems ‣ CPA is a plus but not required ‣ Experience in Food and Beverage industry is a plus but not required
