Purpose of position:

• To provide client support services in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring the client experiences a fulfilling and professional journey at The Game Changers.
• To ensure that every interaction is extraordinary, focused on what is best for the clients and their well-being.
• Design and deliver best practice and personalised customer journeys.
• To assist and support the coaches.

Responsibilities:

• Client Care Communication - responding to clients’ emails timely and accurately
• Attending to coaching sessions and engaging with clients via Zoom
• Overseeing clients’ journey
• Management of FB in terms of client interaction including reminders for events and tagging relevant clients for activities or comments that would benefit them.
• Management and record keeping of client attendance and engagement
• Organising files and reports
• Writing, reviewing and improving system operating procedures
• Any Ad Hoc tasks required

Desirable Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Must be comfortable communicating and engaging with clients via Zoom
• Experience working with Australian businesses
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to gain agreement and commitment from others by persuading, influencing and negotiating effectively.
• The ability to be able to take direct feedback and maintain even temperament -Demonstrated decision-making capability; this includes gathering / reviewing information before making a decision, proactively instigating action, and taking responsibility for all decisions made
• High level of accuracy with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Must have exceptional attention to details, empathic, intuitive, good common sense, strategic thinking
• Must be personable and enjoys engaging with people
• Data Entry Skills
• Organisation Skills
• Team player, results-oriented, unquestionable integrity and highly motivated
• Proactive
• Proficient in using Google Suites
• Looking for a long term role
• Experience working with a coaching business is preferred but not required
• Preferred but not required: Knowledge in using Hubspot, Asana, Xero and Stripe
