Virtual Assistant

Compensation: $3 ~ $4 Job Description: We are a Philadelphia based real estate company focusing on buying, wholesaling, renting, and flipping homes. We are growing quickly and are bringing on a Virtual Assistant to help sustain company growth.

You will have the opportunity to be involved with multiple aspects of a growing real estate Company. We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, is a fast learner, and can commit to working with a company long-term. You are expected to have a strong desire to be constantly learning and improving.

This is a fully remote position.

You will be paid weekly at a rate of $3.50 / hour past your trial period.

Requirements:

  • Must use Hubstaff software to track hours worked
  • Excellent English speaking and writing
  • Ability to make phone calls daily
  • Reliable PC with Microsoft Excel, having a backup PC is preferred also
  • Fast Internet
  • Understanding of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Preferred Proficiencies- Podio, LaunchControl, BrightMLS

Responsibilities:

  • Building lists of potential home sellers
  • Formatting lists in Excel to be able to be skip traced
  • Skip tracing potential home sellers
  • Reaching out to potential home sellers via text or direct call
  • Fielding incoming texts and phone calls of potential sellers to get information of their homes
  • Running comps of home sales
  • Refining text and drip campaigns on LaunchControl
  • Assisting with purchasing of products for house flips
  • Confirming and coordinating contractors for properties

You will work closely with the team, have opportunities to learn new things, grow your skills, and be compensated well for your performance.
