Qualifications:

• Must have at least 6 months of cold calling experience with a realtor or real estate investor.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English.

Requirements:

• Laptop/pc (Processor should be at least Intel Core i3 or equivalent)
• Has at least 4g RAM
• Headset (with noise cancellation feature)
• Internet speed at least 10 mbps fiber.

Rate: $3/hr.
