Business Development Manager Part-time 20 hours per WEEK 9 AM – 1 PM CST Mon – Fri (TENTATIVE) $6 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow
• Strategic planning and positioning in the mortgage industry
• Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
• Generate new leads, identify and contact decision makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies.
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure and best practices across the company.
• Develop, formulate and share innovative ideas on service features.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations team to identify and grow opportunities.
• Take a lead role in initiating proposal and contracts
• Accomplishing necessary internal reports to management
• Take charge of the marketing effort of the company

Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Development for Consulting / Mortgage industry is a MUST!
• Experience in Outbound Sales is a MUST!
• Experience in Market Research is a MUST!
• Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment.
• Proficient in English
• Technical Requirements:
• Windows 10/MAC
• At least 4 GB RAM/Memory installed
• At least 5 MBPS internet speed
