Business Development Manager Part-time 20 hours per WEEK 9 AM – 1 PM CST Mon – Fri (TENTATIVE) $6 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow
- Strategic planning and positioning in the mortgage industry
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies.
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure and best practices across the company.
- Develop, formulate and share innovative ideas on service features.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Take a lead role in initiating proposal and contracts
- Accomplishing necessary internal reports to management
- Take charge of the marketing effort of the company
Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Development for Consulting / Mortgage industry is a MUST!
- Experience in Outbound Sales is a MUST!
- Experience in Market Research is a MUST!
- Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment.
- Proficient in English
- Technical Requirements:
- Windows 10/MAC
- At least 4 GB RAM/Memory installed
- At least 5 MBPS internet speed
