Essential Job Functions: Interact with the team to provide exceptional administrative support Creating process documents from video instruction Making phone calls to clients, vendors, and sales leads when needed Prioritize and organize multiple tasks and projects concurrently Participate in team meetings Participation in the company professional development and leadership programs Reporting: Weekly meetings to discuss various projects. Keep detailed daily notes on each project. Requirements: Near native level English - verbal and written Comfortable making phone calls as needed Dependable internet + a back up system Dedicated work space Headset to limit background noise Experience: At least 2 years of office administration experience Dedication to personal and professional development Coachable and willing to receive feedback with a growth mindset Ability to learn technology software and applications Proficient in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Financials and bookkeeping literacy is not required but is a plus Tech Savvy: Knows how to set up spreadsheets and do calculations and budgeting
Our hiring process If you meet the criteria summarized above you will be invited to complete a short personality survey and to record a 2-3 minute video introducing yourself You will also submit a screenshot of an internet speed test and a photo of your dedicated work space Once those items are reviewed you will be invited to complete a cognitive survey After the cognitive survey is completed and reviewed you may be invited to an interview If the interview goes well we will request 2-3 references of previous clients For the final step we will send the job offer for review and signature The Details $5 hr 8AM - 5PM US Eastern time zone with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break Full time long term employment
