JOB OVERVIEW Hi there! We are looking to add a Virtual Assistant to our growing team, although we dislike using the term “Virtual Assistant” for our job description. We view all members of the company as highly valued team members, working to grow the company together. Specifically, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is SKILLED and EXPERIENCED in Reverse Wholesale Product Research using The Wholesale Formula (TWF) process. Having experience in anything that an e-commerce business may need would be an additional benefit (including working with suppliers, product research, advertising, marketing, accounting, etc.).

ABOUT THE POSITION: Main Tasks
- Scouting • Scout to find and identify profitable and replenishable wholesale product opportunities • Reverse Sourcing • Leaf Sourcing • Super Targeting • Category filtering on Amazon • Helium 10 Black Box filters • Banding • Use the TWF 4 point checklist to quickly disqualify bad products • Use the TWF 21 point checklist to identify which products have the best potential
- Sourcing • Source the products by finding new wholesale partners • Use the TWF RPS system • Contact potential partners using email templates • Explain our value propositions to the potential partners • Track and follow up with undecided partners • Sign up wholesale partners
- Other Tasks • We believe in cross-training so employees can cover each others tasks when taking time off • You will be trained to perform these tasks once you become comfortable with the main tasks • Listing Optimization • Marketing and Promotion • Inventory Management • Private Label Product Research • Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week, occasionally outside of business hours, as mutually agreed upon with management and the team • The first three months of working for our company you will be on a fully paid probation
COMPENSATION PACKAGE: • We pay on a weekly basis • We pay bonuses for great work and employees who show initiative and drive to grow the business • We give pay increases based on performance • We pay a 13th-month bonus • Every week you work, you proportionally accrue 1 paid time-off day (leave credits) for vacation days, sick days and holidays, totaling 22 days over the entire year. • Paid time-off days are convertible to cash • The monthly salary is commensurate with and based on a combination of experience, initiative, and willingness to learn
