Seasoned Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a full-time role
Rate: $5/Hr w/ Health benefit and Commission Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a seasoned customer service specialist with high integrity and accountability to join our team in a full-time role.
Your Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily personalized callbacks for high ticket orders to provide best in class post-sale flow
- Fielding chats during business hours
- Responding to Zendesk tickets according to our SLA standards
- Answer and process issues from customers during business hours
- Liaise with freight carrier reps regarding freight and delivery status
- Liaise with team members about status and particulars of orders in production
- File and follow up on freight claims with freight carriers, follow until paid
- Proactively generate positive reviews through follow up the flow
- Assist in follow up calls to customers in process of checking out (commission for conversions)
Has the qualifications:
- Tech-Savvy
- Familiar with Zendesk & Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be self-motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available for video calls
- Has at least 5mbps internet speed, i3 Processor, and 8gb RAM
- Can work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST
