WE'RE HIRING!!! Inventory Management, Deals Research, Seller Central Specialists Full-time

Client: US and Israel-based Shift: Afternoon and Graveyard Rate: $500 to $600 per month

The Logistics Coordinator - Amazon Seller Central Inventory Management Specialist will efficiently facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one in charge of inter-department and outside vendor coordination as well as keeping the records updated, in order to make sure that all of our inventory moves in time, and is always under control.

The Logistics Coordinator - Amazon Seller Central Inventory Management Specialist will directly report to the Logistics Manager to ensure that all necessary daily tasks are done in a timely and smooth manner.

Job includes but is not limited to:

  1. Performing tasks / transactions through Amazon Seller Central and Seller Cloud platforms.
  2. Creating inbounds / shipping plan for both Private Label and Trade on Amazon Seller Central, Deliverr.com and shipping labels for international inbounds.
  3. Tracking all company’s inbounds - FBA Inbounds, Deliverr Inbounds, Supplier to 3PL, 3PL to 3PL
  4. Communicating all administrative issues with our PL Suppliers - Production issues and lead time, generally all shipments issues
  5. Communicating with Freight Forwarders for RFQ
  6. Updating the Purchasing - PL / Trade tracker Software, Inventory and Inbound request, and Tracking FBA Inbound Board.
  7. Keep all documents from our PL suppliers and freight companies on the relevant folders on our shared drive
  8. Day-to-day communications with 3PL regarding receiving PO and inbounds to the marketplaces.
  9. Ad hoc logistics tasks

Critical Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Seller Cloud platforms.
  2. Experience with Amazon Reporting & Shipment creation.
  3. Fluent English - both spoken and written
  4. Strong analytic thinking, quantitative abilities and logic
  5. Experience at logistics / supply chain management of at least 1 year.
  6. Background in an industry that deals with physical inventory.
  7. Excel Mastery – controlling advanced tools and macros.
  8. Understand exchange rates, multiple currencies and different cost structures.
  9. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  10. Keen attention to detail and keen in updating company files and software

Good to have:

  1. Relevant BA Degree.
  2. Spoken or written Chinese
  3. Experience working with American / Canadian / Australian companies.
  4. Good experience with Inventory systems, and ERPs.
  5. Decent technical abilities.
