Seeking a creative, detail oriented virtual assistant to perform various duties from scheduling to creating PowerPoints. Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal English communication skills.
DUTIES • Overseeing administrative tasks to support the CEO • Scheduling and calendar organization • Email communication with clients and vendors • Taking board meeting minutes • Online research and reporting high level results • Creating PowerPoint presentations for clients • Some invoicing of clients through QuickBooks or similar • Updating the blog and sending emails to our list • Keeping the project management software organized • Setting up and conducting zoom meetings • Book and research travel • Prepping tax materials and receipts for the accountant
$7-$10 USD per hour depending on experience. Looking for people with some experience. MUST be able to work 3 to 4 hours of your shift during PST in order to work with the team.
