What your tasks will look like:
- Outbound sales calls and email
- Lead management and follow-up
- Managing a lead from open to close
- Tracking all sales activity
- Creating and managing tasks for follow up
- Managing your sales pipeline through to close
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven track record of sales and account management activities is required, preferably in Australia
- Proficient in Microsoft tools
- Knowledge of Customer Management Systems (CRM/CMS) like Pipedrive or similar software
- Exposure / understanding of the business consultancy market is an advantage
