Shopify and Amazon Inventory Specialist

SALARY: $1200/ Full-Time The ideal candidate should monitor and report on the company’s inventory. The goal is ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives. Please carefully read the job post.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

• Manage product spreadsheets
• Improve Inventory Tracking methods and processes
• Daily analysis of inventory to prevent future issues
• Track incoming/outgoing shipments
• Reporting on Inventory, Stock, Adjustments
• Problem solving on Amazon and Shopify inventory issues
• Plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control
• Suggest solutions for continuous improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Update Shopify and Amazon Inventory on a daily basis

KEY SKILLS:

• Previous working experience as inventory manager.
• Shopify and Amazon experience is a must. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE BOTH IN SHOPIFY AND AMAZON INVENTORY
• In-Depth SHOPIFY INVENTORY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
• Seller Central Experience
• Strong on Data Analysis
• GREAT attention to details is a MUST
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Additional education in logistics or supply management is a plus
• Experience with Google Docs and Excel Sheets
