SOS Homebuyers Hiring Sales Assistant

We are looking for the following type of VA as the Sales Assistant!

Role/Responsibilities:

• Listen to and Transcribe Calls as they are received through entire shift, must respond with 2 minutes of VM arriving (attentive is key here)
• Send out Email Marketing to Buyers via MailChimp Daily
• Send out Offers via Docusign Daily
• Validate Proofs from Mailers (attention to detail required)
• Data Entry
  • Creating/Updating leads in Podio Based CRM
  • Daily for KPI tracking
• List Scrubbing
• Data Validation in CRM
• Must have prior real estate experience in any field (minimum understanding of US addresses, i.e. know the difference between city vs county).
