START GLOBAL EDUCATION / START ENGLISH is looking for HOMEBASED ESL TEACHERS!

Rate : P200/hour (classes are 30-minutes long) Shift : Mondays to Sundays (7:00pm-10:00pm), you choose your day-off Students : Chinese kids, from 4 to 12 years old Materials : provided by the company Software : ClassIn, video classes Payment : once a month (between the 21st-24th) through GCash or bank transfers. PAYMENT IS NEVER DELAYED Penalties : NONE as long as you talk to the boss, your classes will be given to available teachers

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• The company is looking for committed teachers who would stay for at least 1 year.
• Background in using ClassIn would really help as this is what you will use in your demo class.
• The boss and the Chinese staff will look for students to be assigned to you. All you have to do is make yourself available from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
• You can be employed in another company just make sure you are available from 7:00pm to 10:00pm
• The company won't thoroughly train you on the basics of ESL teaching that's why it's important that you have prior experience with teaching kids.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 months ESL experience is a must, you have to show them you can handle a kid of any English level
• at least i3 or i5 processor for smooth class flow
• at least 5mbps connection, again, for smooth class flow
