Work Remotely: YES Position: Team Lead Rate: $6.00/hour during 2 months probationary (higher rate based on performance evaluation after probi) Working Schedule: 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST
- With at least 2-4 years of solid working experience in the same role; supervisory or managerial role; familiarity with chiropractic services is a plus
- Experience in handling team of appointment setters is an advantage
- Must have an effective leadership, coaching, conflict management, delegation, decision-making and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have a strong internet connection and high laptop specs that would best suit for tasks of this role
- Will handle group of appointment setters for chiropractic campaigns
- Answering the representative’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives.
- Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating, and coach workers regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees.
- Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.
- Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
- Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations.
