Telesales Agent/Appointment Setter (Home based - Part-time/Full-time)

We help roofing contractors build profitable relationships with property management companies and HOAs.

We are URGENTLY looking for: Position: Telesales Agent/Appointment Setter (Home based - Part-time/Full-time) As the Telesales Agent/Appointment Setter, you are responsible for calling and emailing prospective clients and talk to them about the services that we offer. You will also keep an accurate record for both current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities: Source out potential clientele to develop an ongoing pipeline of leads and keep the company's face in property management companies and HOAs view. Successfully secures appointments for the clients and maintain an ongoing business relationship. Performs follow-up on incoming leads to schedule appointments promptly and under current marketing strategies. Manually tracks calls and activities and provides weekly reports to the Sales and Accounts Manager on all activities, including appointments booked.

Requirements: Must have Telemarketing or sales experience (preferred) Must be fluent in English and has a neutral accent. Must be confident, assertive, flexible, team-oriented, and professional Must be computer savvy and confident to navigate through different tools
