The bookkeeper's primary role is to keep the Xero Account up-to-date
Xero Bookkeeper is in charge of managing the Xero Account of the company which includes Invoicing - sending of invoices and receipts, Accounts Receivable and Debt Collection. The bookkeeper’s primary role is to keep the Xero Account up to date.
Job Qualifications: √ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy/Management √ Accounting/ Finance or equivalent; √ Minimum of 6 months of work experience in the Accounting space or any related field; √ Proficiency in verbal and written English, with strong communication skills; √ Knowledge and Experience in Xero Bookkeeping is preferred; √ Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Word; √ Good attention to details, extremely organised and technically savvy; √ Ability to be flexible and willing to take on various responsibilities √ Can work with minimum supervision
Technical Requirements: √ Personal Unit (Laptop) w/ at least 4GB Ram Storage √ Reliable ISP (at least 5 Mbps) √ Data Connection - Prepaid Wifi/Mobile √ Working web camera
