The Hyperspace Lighting Company Hiring Remote Customer Support Representative

The Hyperspace Lighting Company Greetings, we are The Hyperspace Lighting Company, the leading designer, manufacturer, and retailer of ultra-chromatic, hyper-luminous infinity lighting and home of the HyperCube. We sell radical fusions of art and technology for home décor and entertainment venues.

We want to hire YOU for a remote position as our customer service representative for the HyperCube and other Hyperspace products. We offer competitive pay and are seeking to fill the position immediately.

Part-time Position Available: Customer Support Representative (remote)

The applicant must be able to address customer inquiries and take actions regarding requests of the status of their shipment, product use, product troubleshooting, returns, warranty, company promotions, and all other customer concerns. Must be able to speak English fluently and type with errorless grammar.

The ideal candidate is one with prior customer service experience. All customers must be responded to with a high degree of professionalism. We also have a brand voice that is futuristic and extra-dimensional.

Position time requirement 5-10 hours per week, with up to 15 hours per week at peak times and increased hours as the company needs expand.

Pay will be hourly. ($7-$13/hour)
