Job Role: General Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

Respond to all inbound emails and message enquiries on:

-Hubspot (Onsite chat)

-Email

-Facebook

-Linkedin

-Aggregators (OfficeHub, SpaceNow, Instant Offices etc)

Book tours & assign 'warm leads' to an internal staff member

Outbound Sales Enquiries on LinkedIn and Email.

Prospect for new members and building out the marketable database.

This includes locating and adding companies to Hubspot who may be located in other co-working spaces or are listed (linden, angel list) founders in startup companies of 1-10 employees.

50 new outbound enquiries/contacts per week to be contacted and added to Hubspot.

Email existing clients in the database, those who we haven’t spoken to for 3+ months and re-engage x 10

Weekly and monthly reports, catalogued on Dropbox

Work Hours and Schedule: Dayshift (Sydney Time)

Rate or Salary range: $800 AUD/month
