Requirements: • Must have at least 6 months customer service experience • Preferably with voice, chat and email support background • Strong customer service orientation. • knowledgeable in website management • Able to multitask and is comfortable working with computer-based applications. • Strong written and oral communication skills • Quick to adapt and can work with minimal supervision • Ability to take direction • Quick and resourceful learner • Strong attention to detail • Ability to effectively multitask in order to simultaneously execute multiple projects
