Homefi is hiring Chat and Email Support! Responsibilities:
- Respond to messages via various internal customer relationship management tools(Apps, website chats)
- Express understanding, patience and empathy while working with the customer.
Requirements:
- Experience in using Zendesk.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible schedule;able to work evenings and weekends.
- Must have reliable internet service provider.
- Must be willing to train and learn new ideas, concepta and work style.
- Must be a team player. Type of Work: Remote/Work from home
