URGENT HIRING: COLD CALLER for a Real Estate Investment and Wholesaling Company MARKET: CA, USA

WHAT WE NEED:

• Someone who will be responsible for calling leads to determine interest in selling their property, gathering all needed information, qualifying, setting up call back appointments with our Lead Manager and entering them into our CRM.
• At least 6 months experience working as a Cold Caller in a real estate investment and wholesaling company
• Familiar with CallTools and Podio, or can easily learn using the systems.
• Excellent communication skills and quick-witted
• Knows how to build rapport, determine motivation and overcome objections
• With reliable computer system, internet connection and power supply.
• With Noise Canceling Mic/Headset
• No attendance issues and must have an excellent online presence.
• Accountable, Reliable and Consistent
