Customer Service Representative The ideal candidate should have a pleasing and positive personality and professionally interacts with our customers. We want someone who is a problem solver, resourceful, can work under pressure and with little to no supervision, and goes above and beyond in handling customer issues.

Requirements: • Excellent English communication skills and a neutral accent is a MUST. • The VA should have their own computer and fast and reliable internet connection. • Must have experienced in ZOHO TICKET DESK • Can do multi- tasking • Have worked with Australian Clients. • Have 3- 5 years of experienced working as a Customer Service Representatives. • This is a Fulltime Job and Day shift role
