Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service/assistance, content creation, and/or admin support in a HOME BASED SETUP
- Well adverse in relevant software computer applications and equipment (CRM, GSuite especially Google Sheet, and MS Excel)
- Knowledge and experience of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge in intermediate math to make proposals and understand reports
