Description/Information: We need people who can close deals. Our client is running a car transportation brokerage near CST/US east coast. We are looking for sales representatives with experience in working with clients from the USA. You would need to have good English conversational and writing skills. You will be taking inbound/outbound calls and sending/receiving text messages. Great listening skills to figure out the customer's needs and provide accurate service. You will be multitasking between different web platforms to fulfill the role. Training will be provided. Tasks include calling, texting, emailing warm client leads coming to the sales system, answering inbound sales and support calls. Navigate through different company systems to provide updates to customers, create new orders, manage existing orders, and arranging car shipment. We use RingCentral for customer communications. We want deal closers that can negotiate prices. You will be rewarded with commissions if you reach a certain quota. The customers listed in the CRM system are already interested.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Decent computer or laptop
  • Great headset for calls - Plantronics 628 or equivalent/higher quality
  • English Communication Skills, both verbal and written - You will be processing orders and be taking/making customer calls
  • Responsive - ‘Di ka pwede mag AWOL. Magpaalam ka lang ahead of time at ipapasa namin yung work mo sa iba until you get back.
  • Need to know what an NDA is - You will be working with sensitive info and are legally bound to not tell anyone about any of the systems.
