URGENT HIRING Virtual Loan Processors!

• Use your finance skills through this fully online role.
• Full time hours; Remuneration: PHP 20,000 – 25,000 /month depending on skills and experience

Our client is a Sydney-based firm whose goal is to guide their clients through the complex and ever-changing landscape of home loans and investment lending to find the right loan for them. They work with families and business owners all over Australia, as well as Australian clients living and working overseas. They support: Property Investors, Home Owners, Home Buyers, and First Home Buyers.

Our client needs 2 full time loan processors, who will support their growing team of financial consultants.

The roles of the loan processor are to:

• Communicate with customers requesting supporting documentation
• Communicate verbally and over email with banks and lenders to discuss bank lending policies and status updates for existing applications
• Collate and manage client information in our CRM systems and client databases
• Review client financials and verification documents and input the data into our CRM’s and servicing calculators
• Identify client goals and work with existing team to find lending solutions for clients from our panel of lenders
• Support existing client requests for lending needs

• Basic understanding of mortgage finance

• Has access to an up to date laptop and wifi

Qualifications in accounting and finance will be highly favoured along with any loan processing experience with a reputable financial institution.
