URGENT HIRING: Lead Generation Marketing Specialist - Real Estate, Leasing, Property Management JOB TYPE: Full-time-40 hours per week RATE: $500-$900+ (depends on experience/interview/assessment results)
JOB DESCRIPTION: HomeRoom is a coliving company on a never-ending pursuit to elevate the home-sharing concept. We are redefining roommate living, from our fine-tuned and collaborative member matching process to our engaging community events. We are rapidly growing and are seeking an experienced lead generation marketing specialist in the real estate industry, ideally with property management and leasing experience.
While the company is headquartered in the USA, this position is a remote position for candidates possessing the proper experience, professionalism, and dedication. As a lead generator, you will advertise HomeRoom's vacancies on multiple platforms, including Craigslist, Facebook, Roomster, etc., and make outbound messages to generate leads. You will be the first step in the prospecting process, and our sales team relies on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential roommates. Your primary tool will be email and FB Messenger.
We need a confident, driven, self-starter who is professional and positive and not afraid of challenging work. This position provides flexibility, with some hours based on CST. If interested in this position, please submit your resume showing your previous experience and education.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous work experience in real estate or leasing
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing (2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to craft exciting emails to prospects that pique their interest and result in a new meeting
- A high level of professionalism
- Ability to quickly learn the features and benefits of our software products
- Persistent attitude
- High-volume cold emailing or lead generation experience
- CRM experience
- Detail-oriented, driven, and tenacious
- Results-oriented and great at multi-tasking
- Be capable of handling customer rejection or resistance.
- Ability to work from home in a quiet work environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make 100+ outbound messages per day
- Develop sales opportunities via cold email
- Listen to the roommate's needs and act on them in real-time
- Develop new prospects through market research
- Update the CRM with new prospect information and qualifying questions
- Follow up with the sales manager, providing a list of new contacts or giving salespeople a little heads-up about a specific customer request
- Generate quality leads
- Maintain sales quotas as determined by management
