I'm urgently looking for a Real Estate Lead Manager who can join our team.

Work Remotely? Yes Job Role:

• Call the seller leads that are interested in selling
• Build deeper rapport and qualify if the seller is ready to take action now or if down the road a bit. If they are ready now, then they typically schedule a call for the acquisitions person.
• If they aren't ready to sell now, then they place them in a lead nurturing sequence.

Skillset:

• Preferably with U.S. Real Estate sales background
• Rapport building, active listening, sales, are the biggest skills along with fantastic English
• Email marketing, drip campaigns, SMS, sides skills that are nice to know but we can also train on.
