Are you available and have experience as Real Estate Leads Manager?

• Responsible for updating and managing our leads in CRM (Podio) and keeping the system clean and organized.
• Responsible for follow-ups.
• Building report with Sellers and filling the notes from calls in Podio
• Comping properties using Propstream
• Giving out Offers
• Accepting incoming calls from Call Rail and qualifying those calls
• Calling on "Targeted Seller Leads"

Compensation: Starting rate: $4/hourly Bonuses on every closed deal: $200 40 hours a week/ 2 days off bi-weekly pay via remitly
