US based company now hiring 3 VA’s for phone and email based customer service positions

We are a 17 year old west coast (PST zone) transportation company that provides 5 star service to our VIP clientele.

The customer service agent will answer questions about our different service types, take reservations, make follow up sales calls/emails and create schedules for our drivers.

If you love to talk and to help people plan the perfect event, we’ve got the perfect position for you! We’re looking for outgoing, self-motivated people to fill our customer service positions. This is a long term position that pays $5/hr for 40-50 hours per week that pays every 2 weeks.

Requirements: Outstanding verbal and written communication Speak and write English fluently without a noticeable accent Have a quiet dedicated work space, a newer computer with camera, high speed internet (10 MBPS) and a noise canceling headset Be able to work an 8 hours shift between the hours of 8am-8pm PST, 5 days a week (breaks will be provided) Have good time management Be very computer literate with knowledge of G-suite including Gmail, Sheets, Docs and be able to learn new software quickly.
