Description: Our company, Velvet Caviar designs and sells fashionable tech accessory products online, with a large social media presence of 1+ million followers across Instagram & Facebook. We need an expert Social Media Assistant to help us improve the customer experience for our followers with authentic, helpful, and quick communication. You will work directly with our Social Media Coordinator for immediate support. This is a long term, full-time role with strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• respond to all Instagram comments & messages
• respond to all Facebook comments & messages
• comment + like Instagram page #hashtags & @tags
• comment on favorite Instagram influencers’ posts
• record Instagram stories giveaway entries into log
• record and save Instagram influencer mentions
• post photos on Pinterest every day
• additional task will arise with time
• Help gather data, and analyze reports
• Help curate and source content for posts
• Perform other ad hoc tasks relevant to the job

Qualifications:

• available remotely 10 am - 6 pm EST
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• bachelor degree in relevant field
• very familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest
• excellent written and spoken English
• very accurate and works quickly
• familiar with Excel & Google Drive
