COMPANY: FIRM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS

ROLE: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WITH VACATION RENTAL & REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

PART TIME - 10 hours per week with possibility to increase hours. Hourly Rate: $4 - $7 (or higher based on your skills) Client Background: A Western Australia based company in the Real Estate & Vacation Rental business.

Role Description: Real Estate Role:

  • Cold Calling and Appointment Setting (script is provided)
  • Schedule Social media posts, community engagement and generate leads out of it. Content is provided by client.
  • Knowledge in REX Software
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Verbal and Written is a must!

Vacation Rental Role:

  • Knowledge in Genkan PMS or similar platforms is preferred
  • Admin tasks, organise cleaning roster and onsite management
  • Manage Property Upkeep and Maintenance Issues
  • Daily report to Property Manager/s or Business Owner/s including ad-hoc tasks
  • Property Listings Management
